What it’s good for
Fireflies joins Zoom, Meet, Teams and other calls as a notetaker, then gives you transcripts, summaries and searchable history. Teams use it when they want shared channels, CRM hooks and conversation search—not just a personal scratch pad.
Who it’s for
Sales, customer success and ops teams that already accept a meeting bot and need a shared library of calls.
Watch out for
- A bot tile usually appears in the call—tell people first.
- Free storage and AI-credit limits are real; advanced AskFred-style features burn credits.
- AI credit add-ons can Auto-Upgrade—check Settings → Billing so you don’t get a surprise $5+/mo credits subscription.
- Read every summary before you send it; speaker labels can be wrong.
How it compares

Pro at $10/seat/mo annual ($18 monthly) is the usual individual step up. Business ($19/$29) adds more team analytics and storage. Enterprise is $39/seat/mo annual. Confirm live numbers on the official pricing page before you buy.
